Go back on Route 73 and park the second car along the road in front of the trailhead located just south of Chapel Pond. At an elevation of 4,626 feet, Giant Mountain sits at number 12 on the Adirondack 46er Peak List – right behind Colden and just ahead of Nippletop. A short way down there is a trail off to the left to go out to the East Slide Lookout. It’s about building relationships with the outdoors and each other.
